About this ETF

The Invesco Rochester High Yield Municipal ETF (IROC) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund designed to generate current income, which is exempt from federal income tax. Under typical market conditions, the fund pursues this objective by allocating a minimum of 75% of its net assets to higher-yielding municipal debt, specifically those considered medium or lower-grade in quality. Ordinarily, its portfolio maintains a weighted average duration of less than 7.5 years. Notably, effective February 24, 2025, the fund will solidify its strategy to invest at least 75% of its total assets in low-to-medium quality municipal securities. At this time, its ticker will officially become 'IROC', while its name, 'Invesco Rochester High Yield Municipal ETF', will be confirmed. Furthermore, for a defined period between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, Invesco Capital Management LLC, the adviser, has committed to a voluntary 100% waiver of its 0.39% management fee. Consequently, the fund's net expense ratio will be 0.00% throughout this specific timeframe.

Guided help: AUM is fund size. The expense ratio is the yearly cost baked into returns. NAV is the value of what the fund owns per share; the market price can sit slightly above (premium) or below (discount) it. Total return assumes distributions were reinvested. Every dataset shows its own as-of date because holdings, assets and quotes update on different schedules.
