About this ETF
The First Trust Indxx Medical Devices ETF, referred to as "the Fund," aims to achieve investment outcomes that broadly align with the price movements and income generation (yield) of the Indxx Medical Devices Index, prior to accounting for the Fund's own operating expenses. A central aspect of its investment strategy involves committing at least 80% of its total net assets—including any capital borrowed for investment—to the common stocks and depositary receipts that constitute this Index. Employing an indexing methodology, the Fund strives to directly replicate the Index's performance, before any fees or charges are deducted. The underlying Indxx Medical Devices Index is created, managed, and supported by Indxx, Inc., which is designated as the "Index Provider."

Guided help: AUM is fund size. The expense ratio is the yearly cost baked into returns. NAV is the value of what the fund owns per share; the market price can sit slightly above (premium) or below (discount) it. Total return assumes distributions were reinvested. Every dataset shows its own as-of date because holdings, assets and quotes update on different schedules.
