About this ETF
The fund's primary objective is to offer investors participation in the performance of major U.S. equities. It achieves this by building a strategically structured, "laddered portfolio" composed of twelve separate PGIM S&P 500 Buffer 12 Exchange-Traded Funds (referred to as the Underlying ETFs). Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total assets, encompassing any borrowed capital used for investment, is allocated to various ETFs.
