About this ETF
The Simplify VettaFi Private Credit Strategy ETF (PCR) seeks to provide both current income and capital appreciation. It achieves these goals by employing a two-pronged investment approach: a private credit strategy alongside a credit hedge derivatives strategy. The private credit allocation primarily targets Business Development Companies (BDCs) and publicly traded Closed-End Funds (CEFs) that specialize in the private credit sector. For credit hedging, the fund predominantly uses a proprietary long/short strategy, executed through total return swaps on a diverse group of "quality" and "junk" equities.

Guided help: AUM is fund size. The expense ratio is the yearly cost baked into returns. NAV is the value of what the fund owns per share; the market price can sit slightly above (premium) or below (discount) it. Total return assumes distributions were reinvested. Every dataset shows its own as-of date because holdings, assets and quotes update on different schedules.
