The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities that comprise the index, which primarily include common stocks and/or depositary receipts. The index seeks to provide exposure to global companies engaged in junior and exploratory gold mining. It will not concentrate its investments in securities of issuers in any one industry or group of industries, except to the extent that the index concentrates in an industry or group of industries. The fund is non-diversified.
